INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is the most commonly utilized means of seeking help. Set in a comfortable, caring, and confidential environment, the client will have the opportunity to explore their personal beliefs and narratives, unconscious behaviours, and intimate feelings with Ruth who is trained to empathically listen and ask probing and insightful questions that lead to new discoveries. The client will be guided as they challenge traumatic memories, identify problematic aspects of their life, set new growth goals, and develop a healthier and more empowered understanding of themselves.

CHANGING THE NARRATIVE

Ruth helps her clients change the narrative and begin the journey of re-writing their life script. Ruth understands what it means to live through traumatic experiences. She helps her clients identify recurring or ongoing trauma, address past trauma, and tailors a treatment plan that highlights the need for intervention in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
